Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

1. Attending breakdown in SFP upstream, PHI, PHI-E, and PHI-Annexure and associated water plants with minimum downtime.

2. Carrying out routine and intermediate calibration activities for online pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Conductivity measuring system installed in upstream and downstream Insulin manufacturing plants.

3. Generating periodic and intermediate calibration reports in CMX professional software.

4. Updating equipment logbook for routine maintenance, Qualification, Calibration and Instrument Preventive Maintenance.

5. Planning and execution of the Instrumentation related Preventive Maintenance activities for the process equipments and updating of respective check list (Internal and External PM Checklist).

6. Updating on critical breakdown details to the respective Plant Head/Instrumentation Head.

7. Handling Instrument complaint raised in SAP and closing the notification after work completion.

8. Strict adherence to cGMP, GEP and EHS guidelines while carrying out the activities.

9. To follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS.

10. Creating the material request in SAP for spares usage during shift maintenance activities and preventive maintenance.

11. Perform Qualification and Requalification checks in eVLMS.

12. Generating the shift report in SAP.
