Roles & Responsibilities

Preventive, predictive maintenance of Instruments such as Flow, Level, Pressure transmitters of various make e.g., Emerson, Yokogawa, Siemens, E&H etc.
Calibration of temperature transmitter for RTD, Thermocouples, pH transmitters, radar level, mass flow meters, vortex, magnetic, orifice type flow meters.
Maintenance & troubleshooting of electronic, mechanical weighing scales, bagging machine, bulk loading systems, Gas analyzer, moisture analyzers systems.
Maintenance and calibration of various type of control valves, Shutoff valves, Pressure regulating valves.
Exposure to maintenance / configuration of DCS/ PLC, SCADA control systems.
Performing technical diagnosis and technical repair of site assets.

Requirement:

Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity.
Willing to learn new things.
