Role & responsibilities:

Monitoring and controlling Engineering/project materials in Computerize inventory system (SAP).
Good Knowledge in SAP, Excel and word format.
Strong knowledge for inventory management principal and practices, required good communication skill.
Compliance Exim custom endorsement for billable materials received at store.
Ensuring physical verification of materials received at store and take necessary action for any quality deviation with user and Purchase team.
Ensuring safe and systematic storage solution.
Ensure smoothly and timely materials issuance and maintain the recorded and SAP.
Compliance disbursement of received materials at stores, accordingly to MRN of indenter/user.
Record upkeep for all the materials movements and transection and Maintain Physical stocks weekly, monthly and yearly bases.
Ensure maintain good housekeep in store area.
To be prompt of the work handed over by the superiors and keep well informed him/them of the status therefore.
Ensure that the Quality, health, safety and environmental and energy policy and procedure are followed.
Good ability to handle internal as well external audit.
Development & training of store team for skills work, new strategies, idea according to company policy.
