Qualification : Diploma in Instrument Engineering
Industry : Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Plant / Steel Industry
Location : Undgaon Kanhan, Nagpur , Maharashtra.
Gender : Male Candidates Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Engineer with hands-on experience in DRI Plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems, ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and calibrate instruments and control systems in the DRI plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control system issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain process control systems, ensuring accurate readings and optimal plant performance.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of instruments.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of instrument maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with industrial instrumentation in a DRI Plant / Steel industry is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other control systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and instrument schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Awareness of safety regulations and compliance standards
