Role Description – Instructional DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for designing and developing impactful learning experiences that align with organizational goals and industry standards.The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end instructional design process, from conducting needs and market analyses to developing engaging learning materials and evaluating outcomes. You will collaborate closely with subject matter expert(SMEs),creative teams,and strategist to ensure content is both pedagogically sound and market-relevant. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive needs and market research analyses to identify learning gaps, audience profiles, and emerging trends.Design, develop, and implement innovative instructional materials and training programs using best practices in adult learning theory.Create engaging, interactive, and visually compelling content across multiple formats — including e-learning modules, presentations, and instructor-led sessions.Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment between learning objectives, brand strategy, and business outcomes.Manage and maintain content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital platforms.QualificationsProven experience in Instructional Design, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development.Strong expertise in Market Research and Analysis related to learning needs, audience behavior, and competitive benchmarks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured, and engaging content.Proficiency in using e-learning tools and authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
