Instructional Designer, Learning & Development Position Summary: The Instructional Designer creates, adapts, and maintains engaging learning content across formats. This role ensures instructional integrity, accessibility, and continuous improvement of learning materials in alignment with design standards. Key Responsibilities: Build and adapt learning content (live, virtual, self-paced). Apply best practices for engaging and inclusive learning. Partner with SMEs and L&D team to design targeted content. Maintain standardized templates and content repository. Support content updates based on learner feedback and performance. Develop modules in applicable software; upload to LMS. KSAs: Instructional design tools and techniques LMS publishing tools (e.g., iSpring, EasyGenerator) Strong visual design and editing skills Ability to coach SMEs on content development Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or equivalent 3–5 years of experience in instructional design with portfolio samples
