Do you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Front Office Specialist (Telecaller) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general support. Provide accurate information about services, products, and company policies. Maintain records of interactions, process orders, and ensure follow-ups. Ensure a positive experience for all clients and customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues or concerns effectively. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Prior experience in a telecalling/front office role is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred). Why Join Us?
