Instructional Designer

We’re Hiring: Remote Instructional Designer – Immediate Joiner Preferred!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop interactive, engaging eLearning modules and storyboards.
• Translate complex content into clear, effective learning materials.
• Collaborate remotely with SMEs, visual designers, and developers.
• Apply instructional models like ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to design learning journeys.
• Create assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learner progress.

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design for digital learning.
• Proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong content writing, visualization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently in a remote setup.
• Immediate availability is a huge plus!

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools like Vyond, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background in corporate training or K-12/academic eLearning projects.
