• Strong grasp of

  Instructional Design theories, models, and practices

• Proficiency in

• Familiarity with the

  eLearning project lifecycle

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams and international clients.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Pune

  (if not already based here).
