About the Role

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute 

  visual assets

   for eLearning modules, websites, and marketing materials
• Create layouts, graphics, icons, illustrations, and branding elements aligned with learning goals
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers to transform complex ideas into engaging visuals
• Develop and maintain 

  style guides, templates, and brand assets

• Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Optimize designs for delivery across platforms (

  LMS, SCORM, desktop, mobile

  )
• Stay up to date with 

  design trends and UI/UX best practices

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• 2–4 years

   of professional graphic design experience (preferably in digital learning or media)
• Strong portfolio showcasing 

  diverse design projects

   (including UI/UX and educational content)
• Advanced skills in 

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Solid understanding of 

  visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, responsive design

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects
• Excellent 

  communication, problem-solving, and time management

   skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
• Ability to understand client expectations and deliver quality outcomes
