Job Description

Role Overview: As a Client Acquisition and Management Executive, your main responsibility will be to acquire new clients and manage existing clients to increase the Assets Under Management (AUM) and market share. You will also play a crucial role in activating non-active clients to drive business growth effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and activate inactive clients to expand the market presence. - Efficiently generate, follow up, and convert leads to contribute to business growth. - Align market share across clients and distributors with organizational requirements, while focusing on expanding AUM for both existing and new clients. - Provide client and distribution servicing, facilitating transactions for new and existing clients actively. - Foster long-term relationships with key/potential distributors to encourage repeat business. - Network proactively with clients, competitors, and distributors to gather valuable market insights. - Ensure timely information dissemination on products to distributors. - Uphold compliance norms established by the organization and regulatory bodies. - Engage in joint calls with investors and distributors as necessary to support client transactions. - Regularly maintain and review data on market share to make informed decisions. - Stay informed about market trends by networking with distributors, clients, and competitors. - Conduct training sessions to update distributors on product information effectively. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in client acquisition and management roles. - Strong communication and networking skills. - Knowledge of financial products and market trends. - Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. - Compliance-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
