Achieve Business Volumes

  • Achieve business sales as per plan.

Working Capital Management

  • Regular follow-up with the customer for the payment.
  • Control stocks and discounts to enhance contribution and improve profitability
  • Timely submission of all the bills and documents required for the payment processing

Channel Management

  • Improve B2B Handling capabilities of wholesale dealers.
  • Appointment of New Channel Partners and managing existing channel partners effectively and efficiently.
  • Extract more business as per the business objectives.

Key Account Management-

  • Manage and strengthen key accounts and drive business growth

    .

Process Management-

  • Improve relationship with customers and increase enquiry base.
  • Ensure proper documentation and systematic maintenance of the same as required for reporting and audits.
