KRA Strengthening ‘Preference’ and ‘Consideration’ for Godrej Appliance Ensure optimum utilization of funds Undertake Business Building projects / special projects Planning and system maintenance BTL Activity Support Job Description: Strengthening ‘Preference’ and ‘Consideration’ for Godrej Appliance Conceptualizing & executing clutter-breaking marketing activities (Print, TV, radio, internet) to build brand awareness, imagery and salience. This will entail extensive interactions with advertising/media agencies. Strengthening brand health by continuously monitoring scores in the Annual Brand Health Survey and executing activities to further the brand image. Conduct a Dealer Satisfaction Survey (DSS) and share the findings with the larger sales team. Create DRM calendar and conduct activities to strengthen dealer relations Conceptualizing & executing innovative marketing activities that are ‘First in Godrej’ and ‘First time in the Industry’. Develop marketing material for POS and ensure adequate & timely availability and placement on field; develop benchmarks and monitor brand visibility at POS3 Ensure optimum utilization of funds Ensure media efficiencies and a healthy ROI on media investments. Ensure Budget adherence Develop innovative activities/ processes/ that create impact/ visibility Undertake Business Building projects / special projects Conduct market visits and plan steps thereafter Undertake Business improvement projects Planning and system maintenance Monthly activity planning with Product teams and TMMs Time management BTL Activity Support Provide adequate support to the branch Trade Marketing Managers for activity planning and development of creatives Essential Qualification & Exp: Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management (Full time) 6 years of work experience Special Skills: Creativity and Innovation Strong written & oral communication Strong collaboration Aesthetic appreciation and logical thinking Multi-tasking & ability to deliver in short timelines Artwork development and Agency handling Consumer Understanding Show more Show less
