Job Description

As a seasoned professional in the Institutional Equity Sales team, your role will be pivotal in expanding the Institutional Brokerage business and maintaining strong relationships with clients such as FIIs, Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies, and other Institutional Investors. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients (FIIs/Domestic FIs) and expand the institutional client base - Handle overall Institutional Business and manage client portfolios - Develop business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Cos, Pension Funds, etc. - Prepare and execute sales strategies for key accounts - Liaise regularly with institutional clients to understand and fulfill their equity investment needs - Coordinate with the research team to provide timely and relevant market insights - Facilitate client meetings with research and corporate teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Proven track record in institutional sales with a minimum of X years of experience - Strong understanding of equity markets and financial products - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
