Job Purpose:

  • Define geographical strategy to source, shortlist, and identify target companies for selling services.
  • Write convincing business communications, design packages and pricing, and pitch to clients to establish tie-ups.
  • Convert leads into business associates and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Develop and manage the client database with accuracy.
  • Ensure highest client satisfaction during service delivery by resolving grievances effectively.
  • Promote company offers and promotions to clients regularly.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Work on franchise tie-ups and organize free health camps.

Requisite Skills:

  • Excellent and convincing written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare sector, especially Laboratories.
  • Ability to maintain strong rapport with clients for maximum satisfaction.
  • Good sense of costing and coordination with internal teams for best service delivery.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with leadership qualities.
  • Ability to continuously update knowledge about market trends and company services.

Desired Skills:

  • Handled turnover of a diagnostic brand of around ₹50–100 crore.

Education:
B.Sc. (Biology / Chemistry) / PGDM or MBA – Sales & Marketing

Relevant Experience:
5 Years (Total Experience: 6–8 Years)
