Job Description

As an Institutional Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational offerings to institutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. You will identify potential collaboration opportunities, organize engagement activities, and build long-lasting relationships with institutional stakeholders. In the realm of educational marketing, you will be tasked with promoting programs, courses, and events to target audiences within institutions. It will be essential to conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of trends and position our offerings competitively. Your ability to customize marketing strategies according to the unique needs of different institutions will be key to your success. You will be responsible for designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and student enrollments. Collaborating with the creative team, you will develop various promotional materials such as brochures, digital content, and presentations. Analyzing campaign performance and presenting reports with actionable insights will be part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will have the opportunity to showcase our offerings through engaging presentations, workshops, and seminars at institutions. Planning and managing participation in educational fairs, exhibitions, and events will be crucial, requiring excellent coordination and logistical skills. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-4 years of experience in institutional or educational marketing. A strong understanding of institutional marketing strategies and channels, coupled with proven campaign design and execution abilities, will set you up for success. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools, are essential. Preferred skills include prior experience in marketing for educational institutions or services, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities. A willingness to travel for institutional visits and events is also advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The role involves a day shift schedule with a performance bonus.
