About the Role

Institute Relations Team



Key Responsibilities

Institution Research & Onboarding

o  Conduct research on new institution addition requests and validate their authenticity.

o  Maintain and update a comprehensive database of institutions and their issuing authorities.

Verification Support

o  Assist verifiers by providing accurate contact details of issuing authorities for credential verification.

o  Troubleshoot and resolve challenges in obtaining verification from institutions.

Relationship Management

o  Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions globally.

o  Act as a liaison between institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Digital Integration & Process Improvement

o  Explore and evaluate options for digital integration with institutions for seamless verification.

o  Identify and leverage centralized databases or platforms to enhance verification efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation

o  Ensure all institution-related data and processes comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

o  Prepare reports and insights on institution engagement and integration progress.



Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.

·       2–4 years of experience in research, relationship management, or operations (preferably in education or credential verification).

·       Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

·       Familiarity with digital platforms, databases, and integration tools is a plus.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Metrics

1. Institution Research & Onboarding

·       Number of new institutions researched and validated per month.

·       Accuracy rate of institution data added to the database (target: 98%+).

2. Verification Support

·       Average turnaround time for providing contact details to verifiers (target: within 24 hours).

·       Percentage of successful verifications facilitated through provided contacts (target: 95%+).

3. Relationship Management

·       Number of new institutional relationships established per quarter.

·       Engagement score based on responsiveness and collaboration from institutions.

4. Digital Integration & Process Improvement

·       Number of institutions onboarded for digital verification integration per quarter.

·       Reduction in manual verification time after integration (target: 20% improvement within 6 months).

5. Data & Compliance

·       Timeliness and accuracy of reports submitted (target: 100% on-time submission).

·       Compliance adherence score (target: zero non-compliance incidents).
