Role Overview

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all kiosks, display fixtures, and related hardware are installed at client locations to exact specifications, including quality, measurements, finishes, and timelines. You will coordinate with clients, lead installation teams, manage logistics, and ensure high standards are met at every stageso what gets promised in drawings/PDFs/images/reference files becomes reality on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact at the client site for all installation-related matters.
  
• Review contracts, drawings, reference PDFs, and measurement files with clients to ensure alignment.
  
• Communicate any site constraints, design changes or issues immediately and work to resolve them in coordination with design/production teams.
  

• Site Preparation & Measurement Checking

• Validate site measurements before installation begins.
  
• Verify that delivered items (kiosks, fixtures, accessories) match the design specs, reference images, colors, and finishes.
  
• Ensure that installation sites are ready — power, wall strength, flooring, clearance, etc.
  

• Team Leadership & Worker Management

• Lead, manage, and supervise installation crew members onsite.
  
• Allocate tasks, oversee workmanship, ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
  
• Train or mentor team members on best practices, proper handling of materials, and finishing details.
  

• Quality Assurance & Finishing

• Ensure that all joins, edges, fittings, colors, and surfaces meet client expectations and company standards.
  
• Check alignment, leveling, squareness, and finishing details (paint, laminate, plating, etc.).
  
• Inspect and rectify defects or mismatches before handing over.
  

• Logistics & Material Handling

• Oversee delivery of all components to site, verify quantity & condition on arrival.
  
• Protect materials during transport & installation to avoid damage.
  
• Manage tools, equipment, and ensure anything needed onsite is delivered ahead of time.
  

• Timeline & Promise Management

• Plan installation timeline in coordination with client & internal teams.
  
• Monitor progress daily, resolve delays, report status frequently.
  
• Ensure promises made in proposals / images / reference samples are met at site.
  

• Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain installation checklists, before-after photos, measurement records.
  

• Safety & Compliance

• Enforce / follow all safety regulations on site
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  3–5 years

  experience in installation supervision, preferably in fixtures / kiosks / display units / shop-fittings.
• Strong knowledge of reading/correcting

  drawings, PDFs, images/reference samples

  , and converting them into onsite execution.
• Good working knowledge of

  measurements, levelling, aligning, finishes, materials (wood, metal, laminate, paint, etc.)
