ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Manager who will oversee and coordinate the installation of our products through our vendor partner. This role is crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality installations that meet client expectations and maintain our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendor to schedule and execute product installations at client sites.
• Ensure all installations are carried out as per company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
• Conduct pre-installation checks (site readiness, equipment requirements, manpower availability).
• Monitor installation progress and troubleshoot on-ground issues to avoid delays.
• Perform post-installation quality checks and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations (checklists, reports, photos, client sign-offs).
• Act as the communication bridge between Biotastic, vendor, and client for installation-related updates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce installation turnaround time.
• Train and guide vendor installation teams when required.
• Escalate and resolve any product or site-level issues promptly.

Skill Requirement:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-ground challenges.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with travel and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
