Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive at Biotastic Health Systems (Ice Code Recovery). The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining excellent communication with clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Identify and understand customer needs to deliver accurate product information and effective solutions.
  • Log and maintain inquiry records using CRM systems or internal tracking tools for visibility and follow-up.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on unresolved queries to drive customer engagement and boost conversion rates.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate swift and appropriate responses.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant teams, including Product and Leadership, to support continuous improvement.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers through consistent, personalized interactions.
  • Analyze recurring customer concerns and suggest actionable improvements to internal processes or communication strategies.
  • Support post-sale activities, including delivery updates, onboarding guidance, and usage troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer support, client relations, or inside sales; experience in startups or with tech products is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and office productivity software is a plus (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Excel).
  • Empathetic and solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative in identifying and driving process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
