Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET-based full stack applications. Optimize database performance through activities such as indexing, statistics management, and query tuning. Develop and enhance stored procedures, triggers, views, and complex SQL queries. Perform performance tuning and database optimization for both SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments. Work on provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of databases in stand-alone, on-premise, and cloud environments including Azure SQL and Cloud SQL. Collaborate closely with the application development team to improve backend performance and database integration. Act as a technical liaison with clients and stakeholders, addressing and resolving database-related performance challenges and operational issues. Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices in both software and database Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack .NET development with strong backend/database expertise. Proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of performance optimization, including query tuning, indexing, execution plans, and database profiling. Experience with stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and backend integration. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Cloud SQL, and on-premise databases. Familiarity with working in environments that require close coordination with application developers. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and handle stakeholder expectations effectively. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting project deadlines and quality Qualifications : Experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
