Job Title: Inspection Coordinator
Location: HyderabadCompany: Applus India Private Limited Responsiblities:The Coordinator shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the VSS Department. 2. To adhere to the specific company Procedures and Guidelines and coordination requirements as defined by their reporting Manager. 3. Ensure that AMIS database is continually updated with all required information regarding Clients, Vendors, Inspectors’ details, Reporting Schedule etc. are in accordance with Guidelines. 4. Responsible for submitting fully reviewed and formatted Field Engineer’s Reports to the Client within the stipulated time to maintain set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) parameters, having resolved any potential queries therein and cross-checked the report against the available client documentation prior to submission. 5. Follow all Company procedures and guidelines in assigning suitable Field Engineers for each assignment, ensuring all required paperwork is passed to the engineer and fully managing each assignment until completion. 6. Responsible for prioritizing all aspects of work at all times, and continually focusing on improving the efficiency of their tasks. 7. Handling visitors and coordinating office calls & office meetings. 8. Handling day-to-day office correspondences and drafting office presentations. 9. Assisting during the tendering process such as review of technical requirements and completion of technical proposals/execution plans as and when necessary 10. Preparation of invoices and reconciliationQualification:Education: B. Tech or M.
