Role & Responsibilities

End-to-end procurement - sourcing, partner development, contracts, and delivery
Negotiate rates and agreements that balance cost and quality
Forecast requirements and manage inventory levels
Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflows
Track market trends and suggest smarter buying strategies
Maintain strong supplier/partner relationships for long-term growth

Skills Required

Strong negotiation & contract management abilities
Good knowledge of procurement systems/ERP tools
Experience in inventory management & demand forecasting
Excellent partner relationship management skills
Leadership qualities to guide and manage a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering (Master's preferred)
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and partner management
