About the Role:

Insight Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.
Implement data validation, monitoring, and alerting to ensure pipeline health.
Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
Optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and support advanced analytics projects.
Document data models, processes, and insights for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Experience with machine learning pipelines or support to ML teams.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
