Inside Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Lead Generation & Qualification

○ Identify potential leads through online research, inbound queries, and cold calling.

○ Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status.

2. Telecalling & Customer Engagement

○ Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads.

○ Understand client needs and pitch appropriate solutions.

3. Demo Scheduling & Coordination

○ Schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads.

○ Coordinate with technical teams or product experts for effective demo delivery.

4. Sales Closure & Follow-up

○ Follow up post-demo to address queries and drive deal closure.

○ Share quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing where required.

5. CRM & Reporting

○ Keep CRM updated with pipeline status and notes.

○ Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

○ Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales effort

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●     1–3 years of experience in SaaS, IT, or Software Sales.

●     Proven success in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation roles.

●     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●     Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●     Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

●     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

●     Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

●     Experience working in a mobile application company or selling digital products.

●     Knowledge of the mobile app industry and tech solutions for businesses.
