Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional based in Pune. The Inside Sales Support role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service and communication, and supporting the inside sales team.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer: B-Tech/BE with 0-2 yrs of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications.

·        First point of contact wrt existing and prospect customer support in India.  

·        Internal validation of Orders in line with company contracts.

·        Order Execution and Key account Management for Indian customers.

·        Production of Quotations for customers in a clear, detailed and accurate manner.

·        Building relationships with customers and Internal colleagues to understand their requirements and achieve desired results.

·        Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases.

·        Achieving relevant targets and KPI's as agreed with Reporting Manager.

·        Adopt a flexible approach to workload and assume new responsibilities where appropriate.

·        Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.

·        Promote and endorse the company culture and identity.

·        Possess a high level of commercial awareness.

·        Being an enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills able to fit into a in a close knit team environment as part of an expanding Business.

·        Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others.

·        Problem Solving.
