Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Support position, located in Indore. The Inside Sales Support professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with sales operations. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, coordinating with the sales team to streamline operations, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
