Key Responsibilities: Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications. First point of contact wrt existing and prospect customer support in India. Internal validation of Orders in line with company contracts. Order Execution and Key account Management for Indian customers. Production of Quotations for customers in a clear, detailed and accurate manner. Building relationships with customers and Internal colleagues to understand their requirements and achieve desired results. Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases. Achieving relevant targets and KPI's as agreed with Reporting Manager. Adopt a flexible approach to workload and assume new responsibilities where appropriate. Communicate clearly and confidently with customers. Promote and endorse the company culture and identity. Possess a high level of commercial awareness. Being an enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills able to fit into a in a close knit team environment as part of an expanding Business.
