As an Inside Sales Specialist at Wellafi, located in Kochi, your primary role will involve lead generation, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, presenting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions will be crucial to your success in this role.
