Inside Sales Specialist (Remote Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the

    complete inside sales cycle

    prospecting, cold outreach, demos, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Target and engage decision-makers across

    US, UK, APAC, and Middle East

    markets.
  • Conduct consistent

    cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach

    campaigns.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches to CXOs, Founders, and senior leaders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion goals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track metrics, and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize GTM execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8 - 20 years

    of experience in

    B2B Inside Sales / Business Development / Account Management

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to

    close deals independently and generate consistent revenue

    .
  • Excellent English communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cold-calling background with confidence to approach global prospects.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in

    SaaS, IT services, or data-solution sales

    preferred.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
  • Immediate joiners preferred

    availability within 7 days will be prioritized.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed Salary:

    60,000 - 90,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
    Salary review after 6 months based on revenue contribution.
  • Incentives:

    Starting from 1,50,000 per month no upper limit.
  • Transparent, target-linked rewards and fast-track growth potential.
  • Direct exposure to international clients and senior decision-makers.

    Fully Remote (Work from Home)

    Monday to Friday
  • Timings:

    11:00 AM 8:00 PM (IST)
  • Reporting To:

Top performers in this position typically earn:

  • 2 to 3 L/month within 6 months (including incentives)
