Job Description

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.

Role Overview

Generate and qualify B2B leads, engage prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Focus on research-driven prospecting and nurturing high-potential leads.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads.
  • Engage prospects and introduce Salesable’s solutions.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and account records in MIS.
  • Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
  • Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
  • Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage

Pedigree

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
