Job Description

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.

Role Overview

Generate and qualify B2B leads, engage prospects, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Focus on research-driven prospecting and nurturing high-potential leads.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads.
Engage prospects and introduce Salesable’s solutions.
Follow up with inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and account records in MIS.
Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skill Sets/Experience We Require

1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
Understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling.
Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage

Pedigree

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
