Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and telesales skills
  
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of company offerings to recommend personalized solutions
  
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, EdTech, inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, or relationship management

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse client groups
  
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of closing deals
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  

Compensation Package

• Fixed Salary:

  Up to 50,000 per month + Incentives

• Average Monthly Incentives:

  Up to 25,000
