Key Responsibilities:

1. Call prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and

benefits with a focus on the value of the solution

2. Consult with medical practice owners to understand practice workflow needs and expectations

3. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities

4. Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, including Outbound and Inbound prospect

management

5. Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals

6. Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on the market

situation and competition

7. Cold calling

8. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organisation

9. Providing suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies

10. 100% achievement of Sales MRR targets

11. Capability to connect product value proposition with customer requirements

12. Daily reporting on Sales tools

8. Prior inside sales experience in health-tech or fin-tech, or ed tech will be preferred.

Work Schedule & Training Support

At Practo, we believe in setting our employees up for success from day one. To help new joiners achieve

their individual sales targets and build a strong foundation, we offer a structured On-the-Job Training

(OJT) program during the initial weeks.

Training & Shift Details:

Week 1: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Induction & Foundation Training)

Week 2 onwards:

9:15 AM - 10:00 AM: Morning OJT (until 10 sales or 60 days, whichever is earlier)

10:00 AM - 6:45 PM: Regular Floor Timings(All working days)

6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Evening OJT (applicable until the 1st sale only)

Post Training:

. Regular working hours will be 9 hours within the 9:00 AM -

9:00 PM window.

. Monday to Saturday working.

. Sunday fixed off

This structured schedule ensures every team member receives the

right guidance, mentorship, and hands-on experience to meet their

targets and grow within Practo.
