Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will play a key role in growing our customer base by connecting with potential clients, demonstrating our products effectively, and delivering compelling presentations to convert leads into long-term relationships. This role will support both Indigrators and Xaptronics pre-sales tasks. Location: Hyderabad Experience: 7 12 years Job Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect and generate new B2B leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, LinkedIn etc.) Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, using tools like PowerPoint and other visual aids. Develop a deep understanding of the products and solutions offered by Indigrators and Xaptronics to effectively present value propositions. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Track and manage sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. Work closely with management, technical teams, and marketing to design sales strategies and support pre-sales initiatives. Provide timely follow-ups with leads to ensure concerns are addressed and maximize potential sales opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products effectively. Provide regular status reports and insights into lead status, client engagement, and sales activities. Qualifications MBA Graduate from a reputed institute with strong academic credentials. 7–9 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Strong presentation skills and comfort with client-facing product demonstrations. Experience preparing and delivering client presentations using PowerPoint and other visual tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and standard office tools (MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel). Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset. Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
