Understand audience personas and tailor content to their interests and behaviors. Write clear, creative, and persuasive content in different formats (long-form, short-form, captions, scripts, etc.). Edit and proofread all content for clarity, grammar, and consistency in tone and style. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that align with business goals. Plan and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Schedule, publish, and manage posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Monitor online interactions, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with the audience. Track content and social media performance using basic analytics tools and prepare improvement suggestions. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, content strategies, and competitor activities. Maintain and manage a content calendar ensuring timely delivery and posting across platforms. Required Skills: Excellent command over written and spoken English. Strong storytelling and creative writing skills. Awareness of current social media and content trends.
