Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for SaaS solutions in the BFSI industry. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell our products/services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to develop effective sales enablement materials and messaging. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve sales processes and improve overall performance. Job Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/SAAS sales or solution sales. Strong understanding of ERP systems, product sales, service sales, end-to-end sales cycles, and solution selling principles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
