Inside Sales Specialist

You will be an integral part of our dynamic Sales Department at Dropdash as a Sales Specialist with a background in logistics. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the sales process, acquiring new D2C/Drop-shippers, and managing client relationships within the logistics and drop-shipping space. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract D2C clients and drop-shippers - Pitching our drop-shipping logistics services to prospective clients - Building long-term relationships to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing engagement - Negotiating pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with clients - Providing insights leveraging your logistics knowledge - Monitoring KPIs to provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to the Sales Manager Requirements: - Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry - Strong background in B2B or D2C sales - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Attributes: - Self-starter with a proactive and result-oriented approach - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail - Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics and e-commerce space To apply for this position, please send your updated resume to chirag.rajput@dropdash.co with the subject line: Application for Inside Sales Specialist.
