Inside Sales Executives

Role Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads (

  all leads provided

  ).
• Make

  100–200 daily calls

  and drive strong conversion rates.
• Pitch products effectively, handle objections, and close sales.
• Manage ticket sizes of

  ₹10,000–₹20,000

  through consultative selling.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and conversions on CRM.
• Coordinate with operations & support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue per customer.
• Share daily/weekly updates on sales performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years

  of experience in inside sales/tele-sales (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
• Proven ability to handle

  high call volumes (100–200 per day)

  .
• Strong

  communication, persuasion & negotiation

  skills.
• Experience with

  Shopify / marketplace sales

  is a plus.
• Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced setup.
