Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, your role involves driving sales of IT products and solutions by generating leads and cultivating customer relationships. Your integrity, vision, and passion will be crucial in achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Cold-call prospects provided by external lead sources. - Identify decision makers within targeted leads to kickstart the sales process. - Expand sales opportunities within the client base by penetrating all targeted accounts. - Work closely with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to develop strategic sales approaches. - Provide qualified opportunities to Account Managers as needed. - Manage and grow the company's prospect database. - Ensure effective follow-up by passing on leads to Account Managers with clear calls-to-action, timelines, complete profiles, and sources. Qualifications: - Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. - Ability to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers. - Exceptional verbal communication and presentation abilities. - Excellent listening skills. - Strong written communication capabilities. - Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. You will utilize your skills in sales, IT sales, and inside sales to succeed in this role.,
