Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
Explain Degreefyds online degree programs, benefits, and career outcomes.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
Counsel students to select the right program based on their career goals and budget.
Drive enrollment conversions by maintaining regular follow-ups and closing admissions.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-counseling, or education sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management is an added advantage.
