The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Our website is built using PHP, HTML, and CSS - Proficiency in these technologies is essential.Key Responsibilities:Website Management: Oversee and update website content using the existing backend system, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including: - Title tags, meta descriptions, and alt tags optimization. - URL structuring and hyperlink optimization. - Sitemap and XML sitemap generation. - Keyword research and maintaining appropriate keyword density. - Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools configuration. - Building backlinks through various methods such as blog commenting, social bookmarking, and forum participation.Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and provide regular updates on campaign performance.Technical Skills:Proficiency in PHP, HTML, and CSS to effectively manage and update the website.Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AI-driven marketing platforms.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.Experience working with the Chemical industry is also a plus.Soft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Adaptability and creativity in developing marketing strategies.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.High emotional intelligence and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
