Job Description / Responsibilities

We're looking for a dynamic Works Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring safe production output, and meeting targets.

Safety:

Ensure safe systems.
Ensure implementation by people and equipment.

QC/QA Coordination:

Adherence to all compliances (GMP/FDA, Pollution, ISO, Others)

Production Planning:

Equipment Allocation
Manpower Planning.
Maintenance Planning.

Yield / Cost Control:

Process monitoring- RM consumption control.
Utility monitoring and control.

Desired profile of the candidate

BSc, MSc, Btech Chemical
Experience candidates with a Diploma will also be considered.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Plant Operation. Experience in GMP, FDA, and ISO-compliant plants is a must.
Excellent understanding of Chemicals batch technology in a general-purpose multi-product environment
Demonstrable people skills, a team player, and the ability to coach.
Should have handled the team of supervisors and operators.
Excellent understanding of chemical manufacturing regulations in terms of safety and quality.
Experience in managing labor & labor contractors.

A hands-on manager who can quickly gain the respect of the workforce. Leadership qualities to drive through the necessary changes at the plant.
