Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Technology Transfer - Shop Floor practices of principal to be duplicated here in India.

Design new Assembly & test stations for new products in line with latest technology.

Develop and commission the Assembly and testing station in line with company facility.

Responsible for layout changes in accordance with Lean concepts.

Responsible for providing operation standard for all the process planned inhouse.

Ensure availability of Jigs and fixtures with proper calibration in line with ISO guidelines.

Responsible of new product proving at our company in line with our guidelines and technology.

Ensure proper routing for all the process and maintain item master without discrepancy..

Ensure facility requirement within 8 weeks from the date of order book.

Manage the back-office engineers in coordination with technical team.

Validate and support the machine program in line with latest tools and techniques in coordination with our team.

Validate and support process planning at vendor end to meet the Quality requirements.

Create and maintain cost per component for the parts produced in Machining.

Collaborate with vendors to develop fixtures and tools in line with company's Practices.
