Job Summary:

Seeking candidates with strong outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, cold-calling expertise, and the ability to drive lead generation through proactive client outreach, strategic relationship building & managing long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients to explain products/services and understand their requirements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups with the sales team or clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiry handling.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• CRM Management.
• Min.1 year experience in Sales/Business development role.
• Outbound Sales.
• Preferable for immediate joiners.
