Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product/service offerings and confidently pitch to prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective planning and coordination.
• Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales team or senior managers.
• Maintain records of all interactions and sales in CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
