Roles & Responsibility -

  • Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.


HR Operations & Administration -

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare and process offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide support to employees.


Employee Engagement & Welfare -

  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Handle grievance redressal and promote a positive work environment.
