Salary:

₹20,000 - ₹25,000  per month plus performance-based incentives.

Incentives range from ₹0 to ₹30000.

Full-time, 6 days a week (4 days work from office, 2 day work from home)

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil
• Telecalling skills
• Strong B2C conversion abilities
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in Inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory

As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating between prospective clients and our chess coaching team through voice calls to arrange and facilitate trial classes.
• Recommending the most suitable coaching services based on the customer’s needs and our internal assessments.
• Reporting daily on inquiry status and conversion metrics to the management.
