Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive our cloud services and AWS product offerings. This role requires a solid understanding of modern cloud platforms and exceptional communication and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date on cloud technologies and services including AWS, GCP, Azure , Google Workspace (G Suite) , and Microsoft 365 including product updates, upgrades, industry trends, and competitor insights. Proactively generate new sales leads through methods such as outbound calls, client referrals, and online directories. Qualify and research potential leads to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities. Conduct persuasive outbound calls and follow-ups with prospects using best sales practices to close deals. Promote and upsell additional products and services aligned with customer needs. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce, Excel , or other platforms. Effectively manage customer objections and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor strategic sales approaches. Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial customer acquisition through deal closure and ongoing account management. 3+ years of experience in B2B cloud solutions or SaaS sales . Proficiency with cloud platforms and productivity suites (AWS, GCP, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Hands-on experience with CRM systems , preferably Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and objection handling. Nice to Have: Prior experience in a cloud consulting or IT services company . Certifications related to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques.
