We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support our B2B marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and qualifying opportunities across digital marketing and IT service offerings.

As part of our inside sales team, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential leads, set up meetings, and convert interest into qualified sales opportunities. If you’re a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound lead generation via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and business needs.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery calls with sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and touchpoints in CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up outreach.
  • Drive attendance for webinars and virtual events.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach metrics and lead status.
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach techniques for better conversions.
