Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT, Cloud, or Hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support client needs and proposals.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track the entire sales cycle.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new offerings, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT or technology products/services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) or IT hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo) preferred
